Heureux Z6 Digital Sewing Machine Computerized 200 Brand Newith Broken Feed Dogs

I bought this machine off Amazon and unfortunately was unable to return it in time. When I started the machine, everything works perfectly except for the feed dogs/teeth. For some reason they will not move. I'm sure they can be fixed i just can't figure out how haha.
